Axel Clerens is a member of the Brussels Bar Association since 2005 and Partner, co-head of the Intellectual Property & IT law and of the Commercial & Corporate law departments at Pierstone Brussels.

He is fluent in Dutch, English and French.

He is a regular speaker at national and international law conferences on topics related to Intellectual Property & Data Privacy.

Education:

Axel Clerens graduated as Bachelor in Law at the University of Namur (2000) and as Master in Law at the University of Louvain (KUL) in 2003. He subsequently first followed an individual program in marketing, psychology and philosophy (2004) and later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) at Duke University School of Law, North Carolina.
