She graduated with highest honors from the University of Naples Federico II with a dissertation on the regulatory framework concerning data. During her studies, Carmen also broadened her understanding of international legal frameworks through an exchange program at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität, focusing on Business Law and Comparative Law.
