Professional experience:

Carmen registered as a trainee lawyer for the Italian Bar in 2023 and joined Pierstone the same year, in March. Prior to joining Pierstone, she gained experience in the legal department of the service provider Intertrust Luxembourg and as research assistant at the University of Passau, where she developed skills in contract drafting, legal research, and analysis.

Education:

She graduated with highest honors from the University of Naples Federico II with a dissertation on the regulatory framework concerning data. During her studies, Carmen also broadened her understanding of international legal frameworks through an exchange program at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität, focusing on Business Law and Comparative Law.

She has furthered her expertise through postgraduate courses on IT and data-related topics.

She is fluent in Italian and English and she has working knowledge of French.
