Dominik Vítek
Dominik advises on all aspects of cybersecurity, data, privacy, ICT and IP law as well as general commercial agenda. His work spans a number of industries, most notably, communications, IoT, gaming, health services, and utilities. Over the past years, Dominik has counselled a range of high-profile clients on global implications of the cybersecurity and privacy legislation, including international data flows and privacy implications of “big data” projects and digitisation. Dominik has participated in numerous local and cross-border M&A transactions in the Czech Republic, Israel, Norway, etc.
Dominik co-authored the academic commentaries on the GDPR prepared and published by Pierstone and a book focused on cybersecurity incidents (Cybersecurity incidents in 3D: IT, legal and compliance). He holds a PhD degree from Charles University in Prague and is registered with the Czech Bar Association. Dominik speaks fluent English and Czech.
