Ferdinand Fořt

Ferdinand is experienced in IP, data protection, commercial contracts, M&A and related IT law matters. His clientele portfolio includes international corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as local start-ups. He has provided legal support to clients in the context of strategic investments, GDPR implementation and day-to-day operational matters.

Ferdinand is one of the co-authors of the academic commentaries on the GDPR prepared and published by Pierstone.

Ferdinand holds degrees from the Faculty of Law (Mgr.) and the Faculty of Arts (Bc. in Film Studies) from the Charles University.

He is fluent in English and Czech.
