Lenka Suchánková

Lenka has extensive experience in the field of IT/IP, including outsourcing and cloud computing projects, corporate restructurings, employment, global data transfers and privacy compliance.

Lenka has acted for global technology companies as well as financial institutions on strategic transactions. She has advised on some of the world’s largest software licensing deals, new media projects and assisted Czech branches of multinationals with the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and tailor-made information security, data protection, and other corporate policies.

Lenka previously practiced with Linklaters in Prague and London and holds degrees and diplomas from the universities of Prague, Cardiff and British Columbia. She is a member of the Czech bar.
