Marek Jindra

Marek primarily focuses on providing legal advice to national and international clients in the areas of IT law, intellectual property (IP) law, and general commercial matters. Marek’s scope of expertise encompasses a wide range of issues related to IT law, including data protection, privacy regulations, software licensing, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and technology contracts. In the field of intellectual property law, he assists clients with trademark registrations, copyright protection and IP enforcement.

Prior joining our team in 2023, Marek has gained experience working for several years in an international law firm, where he focused mainly on IP, IT and data protection law.

Marek holds a law degree from Charles University in Prague and also studied at the Prague University of Economics and Business.

Marek is fluent in Czech and English.
