Nikola Siráková

Nikola focuses on M&A, corporate law, real estate and provides regular commercial support. Prior to joining our transactional team in 2023, Nikola has gained experience in a regional law firm, where she primarily worked on real estate, financing and corporate matters. Nikola has also developed experience in IT law and data protection while working for a global tech-company.

Nikola holds a law degree from Palacký University in Olomouc and also studied at Liverpool John Moores University and Universidad de Málaga.

Nikola is fluent in Czech and English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
