Tomas Schollaert

Tomas enjoys a reputation as a leading technology lawyer based in Brussels and Prague.

Over the past 20 years Tomas has advised TMT clients in over 25 countries. His practice includes cross-border M&A transactions in the technology sector, as well as groundbreaking telecoms regulatory, competition, and litigation cases. He represents clients before the European Commission, the EU Courts, and at the national level.

Tomas has practiced in Brussels, Prague, London and Warsaw. He is a member of the Brussels Bar Association, the Czech Bar Association, the Brussels Antitrust Group, and teaches Competition and Telecommunications Law at the University of Leuven. He regularly speaks at international conferences.
