PIERSTONE advised social media marketing company Socialbakers on the sale of its global business to U.S.-based customer engagement company Astute, in what is branded as the technology transaction of the year in the Czech Republic. As Socialbakers’ corporate counsel for over 10 years, Pierstone has assisted the company with raising funding from investors such as Earlybird and Index Ventures, its international acquisitions, as well as the global expansion of its business.
Pierstone‘s transaction team was led by Tomas Schollaert and included Ferdinand Fořt, Iva Zothova, Teodora Drašković, Lenka Suchankova, Stefan Kral, and Klára Kocarová.
