Anushka was admitted to the Indian Bar in March 2019 and worked in the Intellectual property and Technology law team of top Indian law firms like Trilegal, Luthra and Luthra for more than 3 years. She is skilled in Media and Information Technology Laws,

Intellectual Property Rights (especially Copyright) and Litigation (especially in handling disputes in the entertainment and pharmaceutical sectors).

Anushka was admitted to the Brussels foreign bar in May 2023 and joined Pierstone as an Associate the same year.

Anushka holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition law from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC -associated with the Max Planck Institute and Technical University of Munich), Germany.

She graduated in 2018 with B.A.LLB (Hons.) from National Law University, Delhi.
