Martin Minařík

Martin advises in the areas of labor law, M&A, due diligence and general corporate agenda. Martin joined Pierstone in 2023 and prior to working in our team he gained experience in Czech law firms with specialization in recovery of debts, banking, finances and capital markets. Martin is also a former chairman of the European Law Student’s Association in Prague.

Martin holds a law degree from Charles University in Prague.

Martin is fluent in Czech and English.
