Michaela provides advice in employment law, personal data protection, corporate law, restructuring and technology regulations.

Michaela works closely with HR teams of our clients on their day-to-day agenda and internal audits, represents them in administrative and judicial proceedings and advises clients on significant transactions on a local and global level.

Michaela has supported complex privacy and regulatory projects for clientele from the technology industry and from various regulated sectors.

She has been involved in a set of high-profile transactions on global and local scale as well as series of financing.

Michaela is a qualified attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association and holds degrees in Law from the Charles University in Prague as well as the University of Kent. She speaks fluent Czech and English.
